Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
- Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects, damaged items, or incorrect products delivered.
Products showing signs of use, washing, perfume, stains, or damage caused by customers will not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Night dresses or garments used or tried after removing tags.
- Items purchased under sale, clearance, or special discount offers (unless defective).
- Customized or altered products.
3. Return Request Process
To request a return:
- Contact customer support at bptdesigner@gmail.com within the return period.
- Provide your order number, product details, and clear images (if damaged or incorrect).
- Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
4. Refund Policy
After receiving and inspecting the returned product:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a company error.
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or defective items, subject to stock availability.
- If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include photos/videos as proof.
- Replacement or refund will be arranged after verification.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible and standard return rules will apply.
8. Shipping Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for safe packaging while returning items.
- The company is not liable for products damaged or lost during return shipping unless arranged by us.
